Im August ist es so weit: Yungblud öffnet die Tore zu seinem eigenen Festival, das “Bludfest” – und pünktlich zum Ticket-Vorverkaufsstart gibt es das erste Line-Up und am Freitag direkt eine neue Single des preisgekrönten Briten! Mit dabei am 11. August ist natürlich Yungblud persönlich sowie Lil Yachty, Soft Play, The Damned und viele mehr. Mit dem Festival will Yungblud “ein Erlebnis schaffen, bei dem jeder ganz er selbst sein kann, mit seinen Freunden, seiner Familie oder ganz allein. Ich möchte ein Erlebnis schaffen, das die Grenzen zwischen den Genres verwischt, die Grenzen der Vorstellungskraft sprengt, den Firmenscheiß ausblendet und bei dem es darum geht, dass Menschen zusammenkommen.”
Auf Instagram schreibt Yungblud: “5 years ago we imagined a world of our own. In BLUDFEST we are physically going to build one. This will be a physical safe space where people can come and celebrate the ideologies of this community – where unity, individuality and love is the main focus and we bring the world of Yungblud to fucking life right before your eyes. I wanted to build an experience where anyone can be completely themselves, with their friends, their family or completely on their own. I want to create an experience that blurs the lines of genre, destroys the limitation of imagination, cuts the corporate bullshit and is all about people coming together.”
